Beware! 
What you should know before you purchase a Net 10 Phone.

1. Net 10 Customer Service is one of the worst of all cellular phone companies:

             * Net 10 is small company based in Miami Florida. 
             * Net 10 Customer Service contact information is limited.
             * T
here is
never a supervisor to help with an issues.
             * Their Customer Services assistants are foreigners.
             * Their accent is very
 difficult to understand.
            
 * Activating a new phone may take days to weeks if you are lucky.
            
 * Upgrading to a new phone may cost your saved minutes.
            
* Your minutes and phone use is suspended.
             * Net 10 will lie about when your service will be restored.

Can we rate in minus stars???  Anyway, 3 sim cards and two phones later I still have a non working
phone and over $200 dollars in charges on my visa. This company is a fraud and I would erge all
of you to stay as far away from Net10 as possible!! Two tin cans and some sting would be a better
idea!

Just Dont Buy
I bought 3 different phones with this company and I've been so disappointed.  My phone was experiencing some technical difficulties and I called the support center, a person who hardly spoke english answered the phone and kept on putting me on hold. I was on the phone for about 30 minutes and he did nothing to solve the problem. The problem I had with my phone was that it
was going mute and I was able to receive the calls but the person calling me could not hear
a word I was saying. I had just purshased more minutes and I lost $30.00 and I was unable
to recover any $$...NEVER AGAIN

I am a net 10 customer, and I am mostly on the negative side with net10. The reception on My LG net10 phone works in dead zones and lightning and that is great, but I seem to have a problem with technical support. I spend more minutes trying to get through to technical support, than I would trying to get through to a Marbalo company during the 12:00 cigarette break. They put me on hold for nearly an hour, and then try to tell me to call again later because the reception is baad. This is rediculous. I cant even understand what they are saying, even though I pressed 1 for english.
What I am trying to say is; maybe they need some improvents on Costumer Support. Also, the great
reception is only thanks to LG... So, I am completely on the negative side with net10. Net10 phones do not have a hold feature, Which is suprising, because Net10 costumer support seems to have the 'hold thing' down  pretty good. I guess I know why it is only a robot voice saying; "Your call is important to us..."

Net10 has incompetent tech support staff and customer service. I lost all the 300 minutes on my new phone after so many mistakes they were making while transferring from one phone to another. There is no return once they mess you up. I asked to speak to the manager and it was like talking to a rock. I felt totally helpless.
